The Young Leaders Accelerator Program (YLAP) is an intensive 2 month leadership boot camp designed for emerging African leaders in the corporate and entrepreneurial space. Targeting professionals aged 22–40 with 2+ years of experience, this Mini MBA equips participants with the skills, mindset, and networks needed to lead with excellence and drive business and organizational success.
